Acquisition Risk Assessment

Companies that do business with the US Government are, by extension, doing business with and on behalf of the American people. Inherent in these business dealings is the responsibility to protect American interests and the welfare of our citizens.

Acquisition Risk Assessment is one way the Government identifies potential threats and ensures prospective vendors are likely to be trustworthy business partners. Whether a company is newly doing business with the US Government or a vendor is acquired by another company; particularly a foreign firm; the entity is evaluated. Community Acquisition Risk Section (CARS) analyzes and assesses these additional risks.

Excel is proud to have been tasked with the development and modernization of significant portions of the risk assessment system utilized by CARS.
