Bess is a dedicated IT Security Specialist with a unique combination of passion in security, project development and management, research, interdisciplinary management concepts, and privacy practice.  Bess’s work concentrations recently have been on Enterprise Security Risk Management (assessment and authorization), providing security solutions for both on-premise and cloud-based applications using best practices and customized solutions.

Bess has worked for the past 8 years in multiple security roles such as Security Operations Lead, Security Analyst, Security Engineer, Risk Analyst, and ISSO Support.

She currently holds the following cybersecurity certifications: CISM, CDPSE, and CAP. Other cybersecurity certifications she is currently in training for include: PMP, CISSP, and CCSP.

Bess enjoys traveling but during her spare time these days, she enjoys cooking, singing, and dancing with her kids.
